HISTORY
Villa Anita was built in 1904 when Bolzano Bozen was still part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. During the Habsburg rule, the Villa was surrounded by vineyards that bordered the city center. Today It rises in the most renowned area of the South Tyrolean capital, surrounded by gardens and prestigious residences. The owners who manage the Villa, live on the ground floor, personally take care of the park and the needs of the guests, for a stay with a sincere and charming taste
